Feed General Manager
The General Manager of our Feed division is Phillip Bracefield.
Phillip joined CRT Feed in March 2010 as 'Feed Production Manager' with over 15 years of manufacturing experience across several industries and a sound background in system and procedural development and implementation.
With the continued growth and demand in the Feed division a new role 'Feed Sales and Category Manager' was created in August 2010 to focus and continue to develop the feed sales. Peter Brown who was the General Manager held a wealth of market knowledge and experience, along with a driven passion in this area stepped into this role with Phillip moving into the General Manager's position. Phillip continues to challenge production processes and systems in search of improvement in throughput and quality for the feeds produced in the Rolleston and Winton Mills.
